Defeated Ukrainian pugilist, Wladimir Klitschko has said that reigning IBF and WBO world heavy weight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua looks every inch like himself in many aspects.
He made the statement during the “The Gloves Are Off” TV Show with host Johnny Nelson, where the two heavy weights sat down to talk ahead of their April 29 clash at the Wembley stadium.
Klitschko, who hopes to regain the IBF and WBA titles he lost to Britain’s Tyson Fury in November 2015, said he was preparing very hard to face a carbon copy of himself when he ties the gloves for a rematch against Joshua next year.
“We look alike, size-wise. Arm length is pretty much the same. Biceps? Maybe in this smaller T-shirt, you look better. Punching power, we don’t need to talk about,” the 41-year old Klitschko said.
“There are a lot of equal things. Preparation, camp, altitude, training, nutrition. We can name a lot of things. The more I look at it, it’s a copy. Different, but in a certain way, it’s a copy,” he added.
