Nigeria has recorded 373 new cases of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 48,116.
The latest figures were disclosed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) via its twitter handle on Thursday night.

Lagos remains the epicentre of infections in Nigeria with 16,256. Following in second position is the FCT with 4,632 and Oyo with 2,935.
