Gunmen on Wednesday night stormed the Plateau State Polytechnic Barkin Ladi and kidnapped two students.

Sources say the gunmen, who were three in number stormed the students’ off-campus community and whisked away the two female students to an unknown destination.

Security operatives from the Operation Safe Haven are currently trailing the perpetrators to possibly arrest them and rescue the victims.

This latest abduction is coming barely 24 hours after an attack was unleashed on Ancha Community of Bassa Local Government  Area where 18 persons lost their lives with more than 20 houses burnt and many property destroyed.
