Faith Iroham is the Chief Executive Officer at Gove Energy, a leading Oil and Gas Exploration and Field Development Servicing company in Nigeria. She is an Oil and Gas business expert who started her career as a Corporate Service Assistant in the Office of the Director/Head Corporate Services in the Department of Petroleum Resources [DPR] now NUPRC.
With decades of experience in the oil and gas business, Faith worked as a Business Development Strategist and consultant for diverse indigenous oil and gas players in Nigeria. She has contributed to the development of over 25 indigenous Oil and Gas servicing companies in Nigeria.
In 2020, Faith incorporated Gove Energy in response to the need for increased local content participation and compliance in the Nigerian energy sector. Under Faith’s leadership as the CEO, Gove Energy has evolved to provide a diversified spectrum of technical solutions ranging from Oil and Gas Geophysical and Geological Studies, Field Development Studies, Well Engineering and Assets Management with the company well positioned in the new decade.
Gove Energy team has ensured projects delivery across NNPC, IOCs and NOG, amongst others. It has provided field wild Seismic Data Interpretation, Processing, Reprocessing, Rock Physics, Drill Queue Opportunity Generation, Environmental Impact Assessment and Bio Stratigraphic Well Analysis enabling subsurface operations for more production.
In its quest to improve gender diversity and inclusiveness in the Energy space, Gove Energy is the first indigenous female-owned company to partner as a corporate with the Women in Energy Network (WIEN) having over 22 slots for her female staff. Faith is very passionate about youths’ involvement in Nigerian Economic growth. She is a board member and Head of Government Relations and Partnership in a leading International Consortium of professionals in Nigeria – Strategic Women and Youth Institute (SWYI). She holds a degree in Public Administration and an M.Sc in Human Resource Management from the prestigious University of Lagos.

It is in recognition of her contribution to national development in the sphere of Oil and Gas Exploration and Development that Mrs. Faith Iroham was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award which is part of the PSR National Awards.
