Mrs. Ifeoma Grace Orifa is a distinguished healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in nursing, healthcare operations, and medical management. She currently serves as the MD/CEO of Accent Care Home Health Services, a role she has held since 2018. Her leadership has driven innovative approaches to personalized home-based care, setting new standards in healthcare delivery.
Mrs. Orifa’s career began in 2005 as a Registered Nurse at ESUT Teaching Hospital, Parklane, Enugu, where she provided exceptional bedside care and supported the training of nursing students. Her dedication to patient care and clinical excellence was evident during her four years of service. From 2009 to 2010, she volunteered as a Clinical Nurse with the Enugu USA Medical Mission, a non-governmental organization. In this role, she provided free medical care to underserved communities, further highlighting her passion for equitable healthcare access.
In 2010, Ifeoma transitioned into the corporate healthcare sector, joining Far East Mercantile Company Limited as a Senior Medical Representative. Over the next three years, she excelled in marketing medical products, building partnerships with healthcare providers, and driving market growth. Her expertise led her to FrieslandCampina WAMCO in 2013, where she served as a Medical Detailing Manager for five years. During this period, she managed strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, promoted medical products, and facilitated clinical collaborations, showcasing her strategic acumen and leadership abilities.
Since 2018, as the MD/CEO of Accent Care Home Health Services, Mrs. Orifa has revolutionized home-based healthcare delivery. Her organization focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered care, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery. Her entrepreneurial vision and dedication to operational excellence have positioned Accent Care as a leader in the healthcare industry.
A graduate of Espam Formation University, Cotonou, Benin Republic, Ifeoma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science. She has also pursued advanced certifications, including a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Management from Lagos Business School, an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the Nigeria Red Cross, and recognition as a Master Caregiver by the American Caregiver Association.
