Mrs. Olubukola Adejumobi is a highly motivated and results-oriented school leader with over 10 years of experience in educational leadership. Her passion lies in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where students can thrive academically and develop their full potential.

She currently holds the Centre Director position at Belle Meade Nursery and Primary School in Lagos, overseeing all school operations. This includes providing daily supervision of administrative, admissions, and operational areas. Bukola has a strong track record of hiring and training exceptional staff members and ensuring a well-equipped and supportive environment for students and educators.

Her commitment to academic excellence and strong passion for seeing young people thrive led her to establish the Help Meet A Need Learning Center, a nursery and primary school catering to the less privileged, supporting their learning with free education and food programs. Over 5000 meals have been served, and more than 150 children have been sponsored from nursery to primary 6. She currently chairs the board of Helpmeet A Need Global Foundation.

Olubukola’s dedication to continuous learning is reflected in her ongoing pursuit of professional development. She is a certified special needs therapist, demonstrating her commitment to inclusive education. Additionally, she possesses a Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, providing a well-rounded foundation for effective school leadership.

Her passion for education extends beyond the classroom walls. She is an Enterprise Development Center (CEM 3) Pan Atlantic University Alumnus. She is a certified Outstanding Primary Teacher and a member of NAPPS, SALLC (Succeeding at Leading a Learning Community), and ISL (International School Leaders UK). These qualifications further enhance her ability to support and empower educators and contribute to the success of the school community.

She is eager to leverage her experience and expertise to contribute to a school environment that fosters academic excellence, social and emotional well-being, and a lifelong love of learning in every student.

She and her husband recently celebrated 25 years of marriage, and they are blessed with two amazing children.

It was in recognition of her immense contribution to nation building in the area of Development, Management and Delivery of Quality Education in Nigeria that Mrs. Olubukola Adejumobi was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award.
