Mr. Olukoga’s academic and professional credentials reflect his dedication to continuous development. He holds an OND in Financial Studies from The Polytechnic Ibadan, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, and a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan. He has also undertaken specialized training in Digital Money Markets, Credit Risk & Portfolio Management, Human Resource Management, and Project Management—further strengthening his capacity to navigate complex financial landscapes and build resilient systems.

Before joining SABI Microfinance Bank, he built a sterling career across leading financial institutions. As National Sales & Business Development Manager at Rosabon Financial Services, he successfully expanded operations into new states, improved sales efficiency, strengthened public sector partnerships, and significantly increased revenue. At Zedvance Limited, he served as Head of Public Sector Portfolio & Business Development, where he secured strategic government collaborations, managed high-value portfolios, and implemented risk strategies that reduced non-performing loans. His eight-year tenure at Credit Direct Limited as Head of Credit & Collections Strategy (South West) cemented his reputation for operational discipline, credit management expertise, and team leadership.

A passionate advocate of financial inclusion, he champions the development and promotion of high-impact financial products, including high-yield investment portfolios, SME and business loans, and private/personal loan solutions designed to meet the needs of Nigeria’s expanding workforce and business community.
