Mrs. Oluwateye Abike Olatunji is a passionate educator, school management consultant and an advocate for quality education. She has over 20 years of experience in business administration and school leadership. Her success is driven by a deep commitment to nurturing young minds, equipping educators with the right tools, and ensuring schools provide holistic, high-quality learning experiences.
As the founder of Youngold Schools, Mangoro, Ikeja, Lagos – a thriving Montessori-compliant institution offering a crèche, nursery, primary, and afterschool program – she has successfully led initiatives that empower students and educators alike. Her expertise extends to mentoring school owners, developing curriculum strategies and counselling families as a certified marriage counsellor.
Oluwateye Olatunji is armed with extensive education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, a Postgraduate Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Montessori Diploma, and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Roehampton, UK. She also earned a Certificate in Competency Training for early detection and intervention of children with additional needs.
In her distinguished career, Mrs. Olatunji previously served as Director of Studies at the English School in Abidjan, Cote d’ Ivoire, supervising academic programs and teacher development, and continues as a school management consultant guiding administrators on leadership, curriculum, and policy. Her 20+ years in business administration include expertise in school operations, financial planning, and organizational management. As a certified marriage counsellor and minister of God, she provides faith-based guidance and empowerment sessions for women and families.
An associate member of WIMBIZ (Women in Management and Business), she actively contributes to empowering women in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently writing a comprehensive book on starting and running a crèche, she also contributes to educational forums on school leadership and child development.
Mrs. Olatunji’s passion for quality education is huge.
