Ochuko Prudence Daniels is a dynamic entrepreneur and professional early childhood practitioner with an educational background in life science, design, and entrepreneurship. She is an internationally certified Montessori expert at two levels.

She is the founder of Momahill Montessori School, an authentic Montessori 0-12 years program in Lagos, Nigeria. She is also the CEO of Rhudysplace Interior Design Limited, a homeware and design company with the franchise of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc.

Her work with children in Montessori has received global recognition. She speaks on the importance of Montessori education on national TV and across Africa. Prudence is passionate about child development, entrepreneurship, and nation-building. She believes strongly in education as a tool for national development.

She promotes women and youth entrepreneurship in her country through her RYE² Initiative where she and her team voluntarily trained over 2000 youths in 2017 under the Lagos State Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation. She serves as a business mentor with the Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), FATE Foundation [both in Nigeria] and The Women of Crazy Wealth (an organisation empowering women entrepreneurs across Africa) in Mbabane Eswatini. She is a member of the Montessori Everywhere150 board.She is currently working to strengthen the liberatory education work of the Montessori educational pedagogy in Africa.

Prudence is a God lover who is very big on practical Christianity rather than ‘religion’. She adores her family of four(husband, son, daughter) and a dog. Her interests are training/public speaking, singing, and volunteering. For leisure, she loves to take long walks or drives. She enjoys swimming and lots of time in nature.

It is in recognition of her contribution to national development in the sphere of Development, Management and Delivery of Quality Education that Mrs. Ochuko Prudence Daniels was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award which is part of the PSR National Awards.
