
Neymar Jr. has extended his Spanish football career having signed a five year contract with Barcelona. The 24 year old renewed his Barca deal and would stay at the club till 2021. The deal strikes out any prediction that Neymar would move to Manchester United.

Neymar’s representatives, NN Consulting had previously released a statement that said: “NN Consulting, a company responsible for managing the Neymar Jr. career announces that the athlete along with his family, decided to stay at FC Barcelona and renew their relationship for another five years. The contract will still be formalised this week. We are following the second stage of Neymar Jr.”
Neymar himself has expressed delight at the deal saying on Twitter: “Very happy to continue living that dream! Long live Barcelona and long live Catalonia!”
