Buhari at today’s FEC meeting

Fully recovered from his health challenges after a fifty day medical leave, President Muhammadu Buhari presided over the Federal Executive Council meeting at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Wednesday.

The President who brought in  a refreshing aura to the room, made a light-hearted remark after the Christian Opening prayer. He asked for his Information Minister whom he amusingly pretended not have seen, “I haven’t seen Lai.”

Suddenly, the smallish-looking Minister screamed out of his position: “I am here sir!” He was asked to say the Muslim prayer which he did smoothly, asking for divine strength and wisdom for Nigeria’s leader.
