Nigeria’s Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has revealed that President Muhammadu Buhari’s friendly treatment towards him is like that of a father.
Osinbajo made the disclosure at the Palace of the Emir of Katsina, Abdulmumin Usman, during his visit to the President’s home state, for the inauguration of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Clinic.
The official spokesperson to the Acting President, Laolu Akande, has also confirmed the report through a series of tweets on his verified twitter handle @akandeoj.
“I feel very much at home in Katsina. More so, because this is the state of the President who has taken me as a brother.” Osinbajo said.
“Infact, the President has taken me as a son in the way he treats me. The amount of responsibilities the President has given me shows he seriously believes we can live together as brothers,” he added.
Prof. Osinbajo also reiterated the current administration’s resolve to ensure that it provides conducive business environment for entrepreneurs across the country.
