Nigeria’s ailing President, Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday, received a delegation of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Abuja House in London.
In a telephone conversation with Femi Adesina, the President’s Media Adviser, Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha said the President was very much delighted to host the delegation as the meeting will put to an end all the negative reports being peddled about the President’s health status.
He added that the President was deeply concerned about happenings in Nigeria and assured that he will be back in the country as soon as his doctors certify him fit.
“By our visit to London today, the merchants of lies have been put out of business and Nigerians will not buy the garbage they have been selling. All those who look up to fake news can find better use for their time,” Okorocha said.
Among the delegation that embarked on the trip included the National Chairman of the APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, governors Rochas Okorocha of Imo, Umar Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarawa, Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna and Yahaya Bello of Kogi State.
