Chief (Dr) Nzeribe Okegbue is an astute and dynamic young business entrepreneur with local and international business contacts. He is the founding Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Combatant Guards Limited, Nzealbertech (Nig.) Ltd and other companies which are headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria with branches in other states.

He has excellent leadership qualities and this has helped him succeed in his business undertakings locally and internationally. He has travelled to so many countries which include the United States of America, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Israel, India, Egypt, etc to further boost his business contacts and opportunities.

Nzeribe is a product of Ireti Primary School Ikoyi, Lagos; Government College Ikoyi, Lagos; Cornerstone University & Seminary School Jerusalem, Israel & USA; University of Calabar, Cross River State; Ecotes University, Republic of Benin & Espam Formation University, Republic of Benin. He also attended several professional training/seminars on Security and Human Resources Management. He holds a B.A. Theology, M.A. Sociology of Religion, B.Sc Human Resources Management, MBA and Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration.

He has concluded his course work and is currently researching and writing a PhD thesis in the University of Calabar titled “Early Church Adoption of Neoplatonism: Model for Africanization of Christianity.”

He has over two decades of experience in Security Operations/Management and he is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS); Board member, Association of Licenced Security Practitioners of Nigeria (Lagos Zone); Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Industrial Security; Fellow, The Institute of Brand Management of Nigeria; Fellow, Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria; Fellow, Institute of Transport and Management Technology of Nigeria; Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria and he is an international Certified Management Consultant.

Through his companies, he has provided job opportunities for thousands of Nigerians mostly youths in Lagos, Abia, Imo, Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi, Oyo and Ogun States.

He is a youth crusader who believes the best way to keep youths out of crime is to empower them through education, job opportunities and skill acquisition.

His philanthropic gestures to the youths, communities, religious groups, widows and the downtrodden in the society which include scholarship grants and donations have earned him lots of honours and awards. These include chieftaincy titles, Gold Award for Outstanding Leadership by Corporate Lifters International; Distinguished Human Resources Expert Award by Ikwuano Development Union and Award of Recognition by NARCSS, University of Calabar . He also won the Security Personality Leadership Award 2016 by African Mark of Leadership Excellence.

He is the Editorial Adviser of National Impact Magazine, The Pan-African Quality Journal and Pan-African Leadership Magazine. He is married and blessed with children.

It is in recognition of his sterling accomplishments in the field of Industrial, Corporate & Private Security Services that Chief (Dr) Nzeribe Okegbue is deemed worthy to be conferred with the Development in Nigeria Merit Award which is part of the PSR National Awards 2018.
