Dr. Celestine Ibojiemenmen is a unique Nigerian. He has distinguished himself in many fields and recorded success in many spheres of endeavour. From engineering to real estate and education, he traverses the landscape like a colossus.

Dr. Celestine Ibojiemenmen hails from Esan West Local Government Area of Edo State. He attended Faronbi Primary School in Lagos where he got his First School Leaving Certificate in 1990. He also attended Matori Grammar School for his Senior Secondary School Certificate. After his primary and secondary education, he proceeded to the University of Benin, Benin City where he bagged his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering after a sterling academic performance profile.

As a staunch academic cum engineer, he went on to study at the Northwest University of South Africa where he clinched a Master’s degree in Engineering Development and Management.

His enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and managerial functions made him to go for a Master of Administration (MBA) at Edinburgh Business School, Harriot Watt University in 2015. He went on to attend the National Teachers Institute of  Nigeria where he bagged a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGD) in 2017.

After his one-year compulsory National Youth Service where he served in the Ministry of Water Resources, he started his working life with Gateway Bank as an Assistant Supervisor. He worked with Sasol Petrochemical (South Africa) as DCS Control Specialist for several years. In 2009, he moved to Gulp Piping in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates where he served as Modular Construction Engineer.

Back in Nigeria, Dr. Ibojiemenmen, a strong-willed and passionate entrepreneur launched Phostine  Properties five years ago.

However, his passion for education and his determination to contribute to the development of quality education in Nigeria made him to launch Phostine Premium Schools.

His entrepreneurial prowess continues to challenge him to advance the course of human development through the provision of housing powered by the flagship Phostine Realty Limited located in Lekki, an ever busy and fast-growing area of Lagos.

Dr Ibojiemenmen has received several awards in recognition of his unflinching efforts and outstanding contributions to national development. His awards include Educate Greater Schools Award of Excellence in 2018 and Professional Leadership of Excellence from the Construction and Engineering Digest.

On the 8th of December, 2018 he was conferred with the prestigious degree of Doctor of Science ( D.Sc ) in Engineering and Project Management by the European American University, Commonwealth of Dominica.

He loves reading, computer programming and research. He is happily married with children.

It is in recognition of his accomplishments in the Development, Management and Delivery of Quality Education in Nigeria that Dr. Celestine Ibojiemenmen was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Nigerian Achievement Award.
