Dr Babajide Alalade, MBBS, DRCOG, DFSRH, RICR, MPH Indiana, MD, FRSPH, FCIPM, FIMC, CMC (Distinction), qualified in Medicine from the University of Lagos and obtained his Master’s in Public Health at the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, USA. He currently practices obstetrics and gynaecology as an Associate member and Diplomate of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He is a Member of the Institute of Clinical Research UK and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health, London.

He has obtained Fellowships from the Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria and The Institute of Management Consultants. He is a Certified Management Consultant and a Certified Management Specialist with Distinction.

His mission is to bring about total change and accessibility to healthcare information in Nigeria and Africa. He is a fervent promoter and advocate for maternal health issues and the Founder of AsktheGynaecologist Group Nigeria (ATG Group), which is the umbrella for the AsktheGynaecologist Nigeria, ATG IVF Centre and Fertility Laboratories, ATG Women’s Health Foundation Nigeria, ATG Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, and the ATG App (iOS and PlayStore) has become the No.1 Go to Resource for medical and gynaecological issues on the social media today.

When not at work he is a podcast host (MindMastersies Podcast) and he enjoys travelling and writing about the Forex and U.S. Options Markets. He has published two books on the same. He is married to a lovely wife, a father and Dad to five children, and a mentor to several globally.

Babajide Alalade was a finalist for the INTERNATIONAL HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS Category and his team won the OUTSTANDING TEAM AWARD at the 2018 Zenith Global Health Awards. He was the 2019 Winner, Advancing Health in Media at the Zenith Global Health Awards, London UK. ATG was nominated as a finalist for the OUTSTANDING TEAM AWARD at the 2021 Zenith Global Health Awards, UK.

Dr Alalade, a serial entrepreneur, is the founder and CEO of HiQ Traders Markets Research, Ogadoki Nigeria, and Stay in School Foundation. He also founded the Jidoba Global Medical Services Nig. Ltd (consisting of state-of-the-art medical investigations and diagnostic centres serving the biggest local government area metropolitan Lagos and in Lekki metropolis). He runs his Coaching, Trading and Entrepreneurial Seminars via MindMastersies Podcast and Babajide Alalade International NIG Ltd.

He is the Executive Medical Director of the ATG IVF Centres and Fertility Laboratories in Lekki and Alimosho, both in Lagos with a desire to make IVF available for the average woman. He is also CEO of the Julie Moradeke Serviced Apartment Suites and Hotel, Osogbo and Capital Estate Construction & Acquisition Management Services (CECAMS) in Lagos, Nigeria.

It is in recognition of his contribution to national development in the field of Reproductive and Fertility Medicine that Dr Babajide Adefemi Alalade was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Development in Nigeria Merit Award which is part of the PSR National Awards.
