Dr (Mrs.) Omolola Lawal is a first-rate teacher and school administrator. She has spent close to 30 years working with children from ages 2 to 18 (that is Nursery, Primary, and Secondary levels) in Lagos State private schools.
She has supervised the academic and all-round progress of kids within that range. She has also worked with parents and teachers to ensure that the objective of the academic and moral development of the children in this age range is achieved.
Since the year 2014, Dr Omolola Lawal has been the Proprietress and Director of Royal Triple Dee Schools which is located in Lekki, Lagos.
Born on September 28, 1969, Omolola is an indigene of Lagos State and she is from Lagos Island Local Government Area. She earned her first degree of B.Sc in Accounting from Ondo State University Ado–Ekiti in 1991. Afterwards, she went to study at Lagos State University and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) in the 1999/2000 academic year.
In the year 2001, from the same institution namely Lagos State University, she bagged the degree of Master of Education (M.Ed). In 2016, Omolola Lawal capped her quest for educational attainment with a doctorate (Ph.D. Education) from Nigeria’s premier university, the University of Ibadan.
Her work experience as a teacher began at Josemaria Schools, Idimu, Lagos where she was a Class Teacher, Subject Teacher, and Acting Head Teacher between 1992 and 1998. She later worked at Standard Bearers Schools, Victoria Island, Lagos from 1998 to 1999 as a Class Teacher and Assistant Head Teacher.
Mrs. Lawal also rendered service at the famous Lekki British International School from 1999 to 2009 as a Class Teacher and as a School Administrator (Admin. Matters). As stated earlier, she became Proprietress and Director of Schools at Royal Triple Dee Schools in 2014.
It is in recognition of her contribution to national development in the area of Development, Management and Delivery of Quality Education that Dr (Mrs.) Omolola Lawal was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award which is part of the PSR National Awards.
