Mr. Kenneth Luke has made remarkable achievements in the area of Aviation Support Services in Nigeria. His company, Aero-Lead Limited is a formidable and widely accepted name in the Nigerian aviation sector.

Ken, as he is fondly called by his colleagues and associates, has been the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Aero-Lead Ltd for over a decade. His business acumen and management style have made the company a reference point in the aviation services industry.

Kenneth Luke commenced his higher education at Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi where he obtained a National Diploma (ND) in Mass Communication in 1999. He went on to earn a B.Sc in Mass Communication at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in 2004. Not yet done in his quest for knowledge, he enrolled at the University of Lagos for a Master’s degree in Transport Planning and Management and earned that degree in the year 2012.

His aviation journey commenced with FAAN (Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria) in 2000. He started as an industrial attache and progressively rose to the position of a customer service representative, a role he dedicated a year to. His customer service prowess truly blossomed during his tenure at FAAN.

Ken’s career soared when he joined Landover Aviation Company in 2001. There, he showcased his versatility by working in various departments, assuming different roles throughout his tenure. He demonstrated remarkable leadership and crisis management skills, transcending racial boundaries and fostering harmonious working environments.

With twelve years of hands-on experience at Landover, Ken has reached an expert level in the aviation industry. His areas of specialization encompass Aviation Management and Operations, Human Capital Development, Strategy and Planning, Business Jet operations, and others.

In addition to his professional achievements and philanthropic pursuits, Ken is known for his genuine and approachable demeanor. He values the importance of interpersonal relationships, and fostering a work environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated. His open-heart approach to people extends beyond business, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere wherever he goes.

Ken’s commitment to continuous improvement is evident through his participation in numerous aviation-related courses, including basic flight operation and flight dispatch, airport security operation, basic ticketing programs, airside safety, and management, to name a few. His wealth of knowledge, dedication, and proven expertise make Mr. Kenneth Luke a standout leader in the aviation sector, and he is undoubtedly deserving of recognition and accolades in this industry.
