Mrs. Christabel Enenehi Onwochei is a dedicated, experienced and organized professional in the field of education. She has a solid background in educational leadership and a passion for fostering a stimulating learning environment. She has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills by successfully managing and guiding both teachers and students toward achieving academic excellence. Christabel has a proven track record of implementing innovative educational programs and initiatives that have resulted in improved student outcomes. By effectively collaborating with staff, parents, and community members she has fostered a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student success and engagement.

In addition to her leadership abilities, she possesses exceptional organizational and administrative skills. Youthful Christabel Enenehi Onwochei is the Founder and Director of Dominion Citadel Schools located at Oribanwa in Ibeju – Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos State. By a dint of hard work and total commitment, she has positioned the young schools to display a lot of promise and potential. The conferment of the Woman of Merit Gold Award on her is therefore a recognition of the spirit of enterprise of this young Nigerian woman.

Christabel, an indigene of Edo State attended Word of Faith College, Uromi from 1999 to 2006. She proceeded to Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma in the year 2010 to study Business Education and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in that field. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Education Management at Enugu State University of Science and Technology.

Before she established Dominion Citadel Schools, she worked briefly in different schools like St. Helens Secondary School, Ondo where she observed her National Youth Service. She also taught at Egbibhalu Oriasotie Memorial School, Uromi in Edo State.

Other schools where she worked include Chinnel Academy, Asaba; Cornerstone Secondary School, Enugu and Mountain Top School, Ajah, Lagos.

It is in recognition of her contribution to national development in the area of Development, Management and Delivery of Quality Education that Mrs. Christabel Enenehi Onwochei was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award which is part of the PSR National Awards.
