Mrs. Fatima Alli is an educational technology expert who is ready to contribute to the development of the educational sector in Nigeria. She is passionate about building a curriculum that integrates the basic skills and knowledge needed by the students and acts as a guide for educators to flourish in lesson delivery and leveraging technological tools in the process. Teaching the core skills to the students has become her priority because she wants them to overcome future challenges in self-actualization.
She has been in the education sector for over 13 years and she is the Head of Schools at Peace Path Schools which is located at Awoyaya in Ibeju – Lekki, Lagos. She has overseen the affairs of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Elementary, and College sections of the school in the past years.
Her experience as an educator made her develop outstanding skills in curriculum development, training other educators on how to apply the 21st-century learning design in practice, classroom management, and scheduling mentoring sessions to help educators discover their hidden potential and build essential skills.
She explores many countries’ cultures in her ongoing MBA Foundation at Nexford University. It exposes her to the best practices for organizations functioning in national and global markets in negotiating cultural aspects while balancing potential cultural, political and ethical concerns with legal/regulatory restrictions. She has learned how to develop and implement a marketing plan based on the firm’s worldwide strategy.
She also has the ‘Certificate of Completion – Getting Started With Mentoring’ by Cambridge International Education.
Apart from running Peace Path Schools, she has been an Education Specialist at Brain Boost Ed Tech Services which trains educators. Through this outfit, she builds a curriculum that integrates the basic required skills and knowledge that educators can apply in their lesson plans, lesson delivery, and evaluation.
It is in recognition of her contribution to national development in the sphere of Development, Management and Delivery of Quality Education that Mrs. Fatima Alli was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award which is part of the PSR National Awards.
