Mrs. Ololade Olayinka Nnamani is an empathetic speech and language therapist with nearly two (2) decades of experience in providing psychometric assessment, evidence-based treatment, and patient-centered care for young children and adults with special learning disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and speech impairments.

Here, she manages the organization’s activities and provides help for clients with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Specific learning disabilities, and hearing impairments.
She leverages advanced diagnostic and psychometric tools like the Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale (ADOS), Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals (CELF), Pre-School Language Scale (PLS-5), and Bayleys-III language skill to identify, evaluate, and diagnose learning deficits in young children. She also collaborates with schools and clients to design and implement home-based and school-based intervention programs, often involving the Individualized Education Program (IEP). She also establishes and implements personalized behavioural modification programs for young clients and provides specialized expertise and consultation on client-centered care to agencies and other industry stakeholders.

Ololade’s professional education began at the Federal College of Education[Special] Oyo where she earned an NCE in Special Education for Learning Disabled. She later attended the prestigious University Of Ibadan where she studied Communication and Language Arts and graduated with a B. Ed Communication & Language Arts /Special Education. From the same institution, she later bagged a Master’s degree in Audiology/Speech Pathology. She is currently working on her doctorate degree at the University of Calabar.
She is a member of the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria, a member of the Speech Therapist and Audiologist Association of Nigeria, a member of the National Association of Speech Education Teachers, Nigeria and a member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria.
It is in recognition of her contribution to national development in the area of Speech and Language Therapy that Mrs. Ololade Olayinka Nnamani was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award which is part of the PSR National Awards.
