Tope Egoh is an entrepreneur and a trailblazer in the education industry who has redefined education in Nigeria by adding value to the lives of children and their families through excellent quality education. As a social change agent, her vision is to positively impact generations through education.

She is the founder of Holden Park Schools, a group of schools in the UK and Nigeria. The philosophy behind Holden Park Schools is to provide a holistic learning experience that caters to the healthy development of children’s minds, bodies, and souls. Her approach is one that is set to achieve long-term sustainable success of the schools, generating value for stakeholders, and contributing to the wider society.

Tope has also ventured into training and consultancy, setting up an e-learning platform in partnership with a renowned ED-Tech company. This platform is aimed at delivering CPDs to local teachers, keeping them abreast of new developments in the educational sector globally.

As a consultant, she has spearheaded projects redefining the human resources and administrative functions of organisations as well as help recruit top talent and restructure their business processes for optimal operations.

Tope graduated in Sociology from the University of Lagos, earned an MA in Education from the University College London, a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from University of East London and is an alumna of the Harvard Business School. Currently pursuing her Doctorate from Walden University, Tope’s interest includes corporate governance, environmental sustainability, policy implementation, women empowerment, business process restructure, succession planning, and change management.

A detribalized Nigerian, Tope was born in London and raised in Lagos. She completed her mandatory national youth service year in Onitsha where she met and married Derek Egoh from Delta State.

It is in recognition of her contribution to national development in the sphere of Development, Management and Delivery of Quality Education that Mrs. Temitope Olabisi Egoh was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award which is part of the PSR National Awards.
