Mrs. Kafayat Temilola Majolagbe is a seasoned and dedicated nurse leader with over three decades of professional experience in clinical nursing and nursing administration. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Nursing Services at the Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Aro, Abeokuta, a renowned centre of excellence in psychiatry, she is celebrated for her remarkable contributions to the field and unwavering commitment to professional excellence.
Her educational background is extensive and impressive. Mrs. Majolagbe began her nursing journey by earning her Registered Nurse (RN) certificate in 1988 from the Ogun State School of Nursing, followed by a Registered Midwife (RM) certificate in 1991 from the Ogun State School of Midwifery, Ijebu-Ode. In 1992, she earned a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) certificate from the School of Psychiatric Nursing, Aro, Abeokuta. Driven by her passion for learning, she later earned a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSC) in 2012 and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) in 2014 from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). She is pursuing a Masters in Public Health (MPH) and a Fellowship in Nursing (FWACN) from the West African Postgraduate College of Nursing and Midwifery.

Her leadership at the Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Aro, has strengthened the hospital’s reputation as a beacon of psychiatric care and innovation.
