Mrs. Ayopeju Falekulo is an exceptional educator, internationally certified Montessori consultant, and a passionate advocate for child-centred learning. With over two decades of impactful work in early childhood education, she has become one of the most distinguished voices championing the Montessori philosophy across Nigeria.
A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Theatre Arts and Drama, Mrs. Falekulo transitioned into education with an unrelenting desire to shape minds and transform learning experiences for young children. Her credentials are impressive: a Diploma in Montessori Education (Birth to 6 years) earned in Nigeria, a CPD certification in Montessori Education for ages 6–12 from the United Kingdom, and the highly regarded AMI 6–12 Guide Diploma. She holds a Master’s degree in Montessori Education from the University of Girona, Spain, and is a certified NLP Practitioner. She is also a recognized member of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) and Montessori Centre International (MCI).
As the Founder of Addlo Montessori School House, Agege, Lagos, and Chief Consultant and Director of Studies at the Addlo Montessori Training Center, Mrs. Falekulo has trained and mentored hundreds of educators, delivering hands-on apparatus sessions, online certification courses, and comprehensive school consultancy services. Her work continues to raise the bar for Montessori education nationwide, helping schools embed excellence and integrity into their teaching methodologies.
Beyond the classroom, she is the author of three widely acclaimed educational books: Teach Your Child to Read, Let’s Talk About Science, and All About the Scientific Process. These resources have empowered countless parents and educators to create nurturing, enriching environments where children can thrive.
She is also the publisher of The Kidzone Magazine and the visionary behind the EduRead Competition—a dynamic literacy platform that promotes reading among Nigerian children. Through her vibrant online communities, particularly on Facebook and WhatsApp, she provides valuable guidance and inspiration to thousands of teachers and parents working to improve learning outcomes.
In all her endeavours, Mrs. Ayopeju Falekulo remains deeply committed to the Nigerian child. Her work is marked by compassion, clarity of purpose, and a steadfast belief that quality education is the greatest gift a society can offer its next generation. She is happily married and has two sons.
