Mrs. Olayinka Patience Pele is easily the proverbial woman with a heart of gold. Her love for the elderly runs deep and she now dedicates her time to caring for them. She is the Founder and Director of Multibeniose Elderly Care Foundation which is based in Lagos.
Mrs. Pele’s robust achievements are built upon a solid educational base, starting with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Marine Science from the University of Lagos (2017). She further specialized with a Professional Certificate from Oples Career (2021). In August 2023, she undertook Advanced Training on Care for the Elderly under the auspices of the Office of the First Lady of Lagos State at Alausa, Ikeja.
Mrs. Pele’s most significant contributions lie in the two dynamic initiatives she established under the Multibeniose umbrella. Since its inception in April 2025, she has directed the Multibeniose Care Academy, Ajah, Lagos, a premier training institution that pioneers curricula aligned with global best practices. The Academy rigorously equips professionals with specialized skills in elderly care and health services, offering mentorship that launches sustainable, high-quality careers.
Complementing this, as Founder and Director of the Multibeniose Elderly Care Foundation since 2018, she spearheads this non-profit movement. The Foundation delivers comprehensive welfare programs—including vital healthcare, emotional support, and social engagement—for seniors, utilizing strategic partnerships to ensure their impact reaches far and wide. Her tireless dedication to combating isolation shines through the Old People Community Fellowship, a vibrant program she began in 2024. The Fellowship actively convenes programs which foster companionship, moral guidance and social integration among elders.
Mrs. Pele’s influence extends into the business world where she maintains crucial leadership positions. She has served as a Director of Blayd Integrated Service Limited since 2023, driving operational excellence, portfolio expansion, and cultivating long-term client partnerships. Her financial acumen was established earlier as a Partner at Soyink Investment Company Ltd, a position she has held since 2012, managing financial strategies critical for sustainable growth. As a deeply committed community servant, she has been a Trustee of the Word Health Care Mission since 2016, consistently championing free medical outreaches and essential health awareness campaigns to benefit underserved populations.
Her success is underpinned by a mastery of leadership, strategic planning, community advocacy and public speaking. Fluent in both English and Yoruba, she possesses a rare ability to forge powerful alliances that accelerate social and economic progress.
It was in recognition of her accomplishments and contribution to national development in the sphere of Elderly Care Services that Mrs. Olayinka Patience Pele was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award.
