Mrs. Oluwayemisi Olayemi Akinjare is a passionate and dedicated educator whose 26 years of experience in teaching children underscores her profound commitment to formative education in Nigeria. As the Proprietress and Educational Development Director at Noblegate School, Ajah, Lagos,  she has proved to be a visionary leader focused on creating a supportive environment where young minds can grow, learn and thrive.

Oluwayemisi Akinjare’s philosophy is centred on nurturing the whole child—fostering creativity, curiosity and individuality while instilling a love for God and a strong sense of self-worth.

Her academic foundation includes a degree in English Literature from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria. In addition, she holds an Advanced Diploma in Educational Leadership and is Certified in Montessori and Early Years Education. This blend of strong literary knowledge and specialized pedagogical training ensures that the curriculum at Noblegate School is both rich in content and delivered through effective, child-centered methodologies.

In her dual role of Proprietress and Educational Development Director, Mrs. Akinjare leverages her extensive expertise in teaching, basic computer skills, English communication skills, and  creativity to lead the school’s educational vision. Her hands-on involvement extends to organizing children’s events and demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning, which she models for her staff and students. She is guided by core personal attributes of patience and kindness, ensuring the learning environment is supportive and encouraging.

Beyond her role as a school administrator, Mrs. Akinjare extends her passion for guiding young people through her ministry, serving as a Children’s Pastor.
