Dr. Paul Faduola is the Chief Scientific Director and founder of Androcare Fertility Centre Lagos. Androcare is a Vitro-Fertilization Centre that assists couples, and sometimes individuals, who want to become parents but, for medical reasons, have been unable to achieve this goal via the natural course.

He is also the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Oncogenomics, a molecular diagnostic centre that provides genomic testing in pre-conception, pre-implantation, post-natal, and oncology.

Faduola is a consultant clinical embryologist and cytogeneticist certified by the American College of Embryology (EMA-EMBCOL), a translational medicine specialist, and a stem cell biologist.

He is also a fellow of the Society of Applied Biotechnology (FSAB), a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria (FIMC), a Chartered Biologist certified by the Royal Society of Biology (CBiol), a Chartered Scientist (CSci) certified by the Science Council (UK). As a clinical embryologist with many years of experience in the field of in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and assisted reproductive techniques, Paul served as the Laboratory Director and Visiting Consultant for many IVF clinics in Nigeria.

He is responsible for the design and establishment of many successful assisted conception laboratories in Nigeria. He has authored many publications in local and international journals. He has also developed several techniques of assisted reproduction that have made conception easily done at home and local hospitals across Nigeria.

It was in recognition of his contribution to national development in the area of Reproductive and Fertility Medicine that Dr. Paul Faduola was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Nigerian Achievement Award.
