A visionary leader and advocate of innovation, Adeyinka has played a pivotal role in shaping the nation’s real estate landscape, leveraging over a decade of experience in business and strategic management.

Before assuming leadership at Palton Morgan Holdings, he served as the Managing Director of Propertymart Real Estate Investment Limited, where he spearheaded transformative growth and solidified the company’s position as a key player in Nigeria’s real estate sector. His wealth of experience with both local and multinational companies has enabled him to turn challenges into opportunities, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

A first-class graduate of Law from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom, Adesope also holds degrees and professional certifications in business management, building and construction management, estate development, sales and marketing, leadership, and politics. His academic pursuits include being an alumnus of the prestigious Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK.

Adesope is an international member of the National Association of Home Builders, Washington, D.C., USA, an associate member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria, and a Fellow of both the Institute for Government Research & Leadership Technology and the Nigeria Institute of Marketing. He has also honed his expertise through programs at Lagos Business School and Ogun State University.

Beyond his professional achievements, Adeyinka Adesope  is a recipient of numerous prestigious awards, recognizing his contributions to real estate and business innovation. He also serves as a Peace Ambassador for the United Nations Universal Peace Federation, reflecting his commitment to fostering global harmony and sustainable development.
