As the Managing Partner at Opes Venit Family Office, Sorae blends ethical investments with philanthropic endeavours, passionately building a future where everyone understands how money works. There, she demonstrated exceptional strategic acumen, significantly elevating the bank’s market standing from 23rd to the top 7 in the FMDQ League Table within just three years. Her leadership was instrumental in rebuilding the treasury department, which led to a doubling of the balance sheet in a single year.

Notably, she spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives such as the bank’s first multi-million FX transaction for international funding and established crucial partnerships with major international brokers. Her outstanding leadership was recognized with the “Best Leader in the Bank” award in 2021.
