Sajad Gharibi is a weightlifter who hails from Iran. The 343 pound giant spends most of his time building his muscles and posts photos from his workouts on his Instagram account. Currently he has 69.7 thousand followers and that figure increases daily as more people from the world over thirst for a greater look at his near-impossible body.
