Aviation giant, British Airways is currently having difficulty in tackling a computer system failure that has caused passengers worldwide to face terrible queues while checking in for their flights.
British Airways has released a statement saying: “Our IT teams are working as hard as they can to quickly fix a problem with our check-in system… We’re sorry for the delays some customers are experiencing as they check-in for their flights.”
As of this morning, customers in Heathrow and Gatwick airports in the UK complained of the long time it took them to check in.
