Mrs. Adeline Koyenum Ogunfidodo has made a bold statement through her achievements in the field of accounting. Cool, calm, unassuming but highly principled, she is an exemplary woman in the world of corporate finance and management.

She is the incumbent Finance Director of UAC Foods Limited and also the Finance Director of Spring Waters Nigeria Limited which is a subsidiary of UAC Foods.

Adeline was born on November 14, 1966. She graduated with a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Calabar in 1987. She was initiated into the world of accountancy through vigorous professional training. She is today, both a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Prior to joining UACN Plc in 1996, Mrs. Ogunfidodo trained with Coopers & Lybrand (Chartered Accountants) and worked with a mortgage bank as Head of Internal Audit.

Her first engagement at UACN was as Group Auditor. She has held many management positions since then and they include: Financial Accountant, UPDC Plc; Divisional Commercial Director, MDS; Finance Director, GM Nigeria Ltd and Group Treasurer, UACN Plc.

Adeline was the Finance Director of CAP Plc from March, 2011 to October 2015 when she was transferred to UAC Foods Ltd. She became Finance Director of UAC Foods on December 16, 2015.

She joined the Board of Portland Paints & Products Nigeria Plc as non–executive director in March, 2016.

Adeline has attended various local and overseas courses which include the Ashridge Leadership Process, Strategy & Finance at Ashridge Business School, Berkhamsted, United Kingdom. She has also attended the Negotiation Skills & Tools course of the Lagos Business School. She is happily married with a child.

It is in recognition of her sterling accomplishments in the field of Accounting that Mrs. Adeline Koyenum Ogunfidodo has been deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award which is part of the PSR National Awards for the year 2017.
