Olayinka Osuntogun obtained Nursing and Midwifery degrees from the Schools of Nursing and Midwifery at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi Araba, Lagos before proceeding to the University of Ibadan to obtain a B.Sc Nursing, specialising in Education. She graduated with a Second Class Upper Division.

She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Southbank University, London and as a believer in continuous personal development, she recently obtained her MSc in Management from the University of Liverpool also in the United Kingdom.

She is a member of the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives and a member of Ohio Board of Nursing, Ohio USA.

Olayinka is a seasoned health professional with over 35 years of experience as a registered nurse and midwife in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She has worked on several UNICEF projects as a Nursing Consultant. She is an accomplished public speaker and the Managing Director of ChrisGloria Nursing Agency which was set up in 2008.

The agency has flourished since then and continues to grow, managing operations of over 270 staff nationwide currently. ChrisGloria Nursing Agency provides nursing home care services and recruitment of registered nurses for health institutions.

In a bid to develop individuals and organisations to render quality client service, it operates with a sister company ChrisGloria Management Services which provides Soft Skills Training. Her belief that excellent client service should be the minimum obtainable at any Nigerian establishment inspired her setting up of ChrisGloria Management Services.

Olayinka is passionate about nursing and is committed to raising nursing practice standards and professionalism in Nigeria to heights comparable with our international counterparts. She is a driver of excellence and believes in professional approach to work at all levels. She currently serves in advisory capacity to several reputable health institutions.

She has been invited to speak at several conferences and seminars for nurses and other professionals. Her contributions have been recognized in some publications which include: Women in Business in 2011 (WIMBIZ) and Women Working for Women Publication.

She is married to Adetayo Osuntogun, who is a seasoned and accomplished lawyer and they are blessed with children.
