The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has signed an Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contract with Tecnimont SpA. The deal is for the rehabilitation of Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC).
This was disclosed by NNPC via its official Twitter handle on Tuesday.

The Federal Executive Council (FEC) had on the 17th of March approved $1.5 billion (about N600 billion) for the rehabilitation of the Port Harcourt refinery.
