Dr. Toluwalope Ogunleye is a young, vibrant, and highly resourceful medical practitioner. His specialty is relatively new and unique in Nigeria. Ogunleye has over five years of experience as a stem cell Transplantologist and Genetics/ Molecular Medicine expert.

His participation in the process of employing stem cells derived from umbilical cord blood and tissue for the treatment of sickle cell, autism, stroke, and other neurological illnesses in Nigeria was a significant achievement. Toluwalope Ogunleye, in his role with Bentoluene International Health Concept and partnership with Cells4Lfe, UK, helps provide options like an umbilical cord and umbilical cord tissue storage and also the options of using stem cells derived from umbilical cord blood and cord tissue for successful treatment of sickle cell, autism, cerebral palsy, and other neurological disorders.

There is also the option of pre-implantation genetic testing for sickle cell carrier couples. He has a special interest in clinical research in genetics, molecular medicine, and regenerative medicine.

In addition to his medical practice, he has a long history of giving back to the community through voluntary work. At the moment, he is lending his time to the Movement to End Sickle Cell in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. Ogunleye is a  vibrant individual who is enthusiastic about helping people and is committed to providing outstanding treatment and the finest techniques available.

Toluwalope obtained his degree from the University of Abuja in Nigeria and his stem cell accreditation from the Biolim Centre for Science and Technology in India.
