In a significant development for Zenith Bank Plc, the Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Dr. Adaora Umeoji as the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Umeoji’s appointment, effective from June 1, 2024, is subject to approval by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). She will succeed Dr. Ebenezer Onyeagwu, whose tenure concludes on May 31, 2024.
