Amb. (Chief) Nzeribe Okegbue  is a patriotic, disciplined and visionary businessman renowned for his track record of  successes in dynamic business environments in Nigeria and other countries.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Combatant Guards Limited, Nzealbertech Nigeria Limited and Great Felvino Services Limited (with corporate headquarters in Lagos and branches across South-Eastern and South-Western states), he has provided innovative solutions in security operations and human resource management.

With over 30 years in security and more than 20 years in HR, Okegbue stands as an authority in all aspects of his business activities. He has created  thousands of employment opportunities for Nigerian youth in Lagos, Abia, Imo, Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi, Ogun, and Oyo States while advocating for education, skill acquisition, and job creation to curb crime and foster national development.

Dr. Okegbue’s academic foundation is robust and global. It began at Ireti Primary School, Ikoyi, Lagos, and Government College, Osborne Road, Ikoyi. For higher education, he attended the University of Calabar, Cross River State. He further enriched his scholarly pursuits at Cornerstone University Theological Seminary (Jerusalem, Israel, and USA). He has attended many advanced training programs and conferences worldwide and these have equipped him with a profound blend of business acumen and ethical leadership.

Flowing from his  illustrious career and social standing in the Nigerian society, he enjoys membership and leadership positions in numerous business, professional and social organizations. He is  Member of the National Employment Council of Nigeria, Governing Council of Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), President/Chairman of Employers’ Association for Private Employment Agencies of Nigeria (EAPEAN), Board of Trustees Member of EAPEAN, Vice Chairman (Lagos Zone) of Association of Licensed Security Practitioners of Nigeria, Executive Committee Member of Licensed Private Security Practitioners Cooperative Society, Chairman of Electoral Committee for Association of Licensed Security Practitioners, Member of American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), Board of Trustees Member of Parents-Teachers Association at International School, University of Lagos, and Chairman of Security Committee for Igbo Think Tank Group.

A distinguished Fellow of elite institutes such as the Nigeria Institute for Industrial Security (FNIIS), Institute of Brand Management of Nigeria (FIBM), Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration (FCIAM), Institute of Chartered Administrators (FCPA), Institute of Management Consultants (FIM, CMC), and Chartered Institute of Transport Administration (FCIOTA), he also serves as Editorial Adviser to National Impact Magazine, Pan-African Quality Journal, and Pan-African Leadership Magazine. He is a Board Member of the Institute of Transport and Management Technology of Nigeria. A widely travelled entrepreneur—spanning the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Qatar, UAE, Netherlands, Switzerland, Israel, India, Egypt, and Ghana—he is joyfully married to Lolo Deaconess Ngozi Nzeribe Okegbue and blessed with five godly children.

It was in recognition of his Sterling Contribution to Nation Building in the Sphere of Industrial, Corporate and Private Security Services that Chief (Dr.) Nzeribe Okegbue, was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Nigerian Achievement Award.
