Mrs. Olayinka Osuntogun is a highly distinguished nursing consultant. She is an operational excellence expert who has contributed monumentally to the development of the nursing profession in Nigeria.

A seasoned Registered Nurse and Midwife with over 40 years of service to humanity, she is the visionary Founder and Managing Director of ChrisGloria Nursing Agency which wass established in 2008. The agency is a premier provider of high-quality home care nursing services. Under her leadership, the outfit delivers professional healthcare, enabling patients to receive expert medical support and personalized attention in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Mrs Osuntogun’s professional and academic foundation is very impressive. She obtained her degrees in Nursing and Midwifery from the Schools of Nursing and Midwifery at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). She further  a BSc in Nursing with a specialization in Education (Second Class Upper Division) from the University of Ibadan. Recognizing the importance of management in healthcare, she bagged a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Southbank University London and an MSc in Management from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. She is a registered member of the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives and the Ohio Board of Nursing in Ohio, USA.

Beyond her clinical and managerial roles at ChrisGloria Nursing Agency, Mrs. Osuntogun is a highly accomplished public speaker and an educator. Her belief in professional excellence inspired her to set up ChrisGloria Management Services, a training outfit focused on building individuals through Soft Skills Training.

She currently serves in an advisory capacity to several reputable health institutions, sharing her wealth of operational and clinical knowledge. Her contributions have been recognized in key publications, including Women in Business in 2011 (WIMBIZ) and the Women Working for Women Publication. She is also an award winner, having received the highly esteemed People & Power’s Woman of Merit Gold Award in the  Home-Care Nursing Services in Nigeria Category in 2019. Mrs. Osuntogun is happily married to Adetayo Osuntogun, a seasoned lawyer, and is a proud mother and grandmother.

She has achieved a lot in pioneering in-home nursing care, raising clinical standards, and training professionals to enhance the dignity and well-being of patients across Nigeria. Her unwavering dedication inspires transformative change in community and home-based healthcare delivery.

It was in recognition of her Sterling Contribution to Nation Building in the Sphere of Healthcare (Home-Care Nursing Services) that Mrs. Olayinka Osuntogun was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Nigerian Achievement Award.
