Driven by a deep conviction that education and leadership are the bedrock of sustainable development, Dr. Dike is the Founder of Darice and Oaks International School, a values-driven learning institution dedicated to raising a new generation of leaders from the cradle. The school is built on a holistic educational philosophy that integrates academic excellence with character formation, leadership development, and ethical grounding – equipping young people to thrive in a complex and evolving global landscape.

As part of his commitment to early leadership formation, Dr Dike recently spearheaded a leadership development initiative targeted at students in public secondary schools, LeadUp. The programme is designed to ignite leadership consciousness, instill strong values, and equip young people with practical life and leadership skills to become responsible citizens and change agents. Complementing this is the Young Oaks Leadership Network (YOLN), a premier leadership development platform for young people aged 9 to 17 which provide a structured pathway for personal growth, character development, and leadership excellence.
