An intellectual of diverse foundations, Hajiya Namtari’s academic journey began at Corona School and Federal Home Science School in Lagos, followed by her secondary education at Federal Government Girls’ College, Bauchi where she obtained her SSCE in 1985. She subsequently pursued legal studies, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Maiduguri in 1990 and completing her National Youth Service  in the Legal Department of Afribank in Victoria Island, Lagos. Despite her rich legal background, her innate passion for teaching and youth development directed her towards the education sector where she chose to invest her intellect and energy.
Her professional trajectory reflects a steady ascension through foundational teaching and supervisory roles across premier institutions. She taught at Crescent Nursery and Primary School in Victoria Island, Lagos before lending her administrative expertise as a supervisor at Sunrise International School and Esteem International School both in Abuja. Leveraging this wealth of experience, she assumed leadership of Great Heights Academy, expanding it into a comprehensive institution comprising a vibrant nursery and primary section alongside an elite, all-girls, faith-based boarding secondary school that integrates cutting-edge innovations such as robotics and artificial intelligence training.
Driven by an unyielding dedication to continuous improvement, Hajiya Namtari has pursued extensive professional development locally and internationally. She completed the prestigious School Management Course at the Lagos Business School and Curriculum Planning Development for Islamic Schools at the International Institute of Islamic Thoughts. She has participated in specialized educational tours and trainings in China, the UAE, and Turkey.
