Driven by her passion for raising industry standards, Damilola founded Pawleashed Groomer, a professional grooming brand focused on delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality grooming services. Her work has helped educate pet owners on the importance of proper grooming, health maintenance, and responsible pet ownership.

Recognizing the shortage of structured pet grooming education in Africa, she established the Africa Pet Grooming Academy (APGA), an institution dedicated to training and certifying future pet grooming professionals.
