President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with security chiefs at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
It was gathered the President scheduled the meeting to receive updates on security efforts and give direction on the next line of actions on the various operations.
In attendance are Vice President Yemi Osinbajo; Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari; Secretary to the Government of Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha; National Security Adviser, retired Major General Babagana Monguno; Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Lucky Irabor; Chief of Army Staff; Lieutenant-General Farouk Yahaya; Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Isiaka Amoo; and Director General, Department of State Services (DSS) Yusuf Bichi.
Also in attendance are the Minister of Defense, Bashir Magashi; Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyema, and Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola.
