Mrs. Sarah Ademuyiwa is an accomplished educator, social care professional, and business leader with a career spanning over two decades. Renowned for her exceptional contributions to education and adult social care, she has established herself as a versatile, results-driven professional who fosters excellence and innovation.

Born and raised in Nigeria, Mrs. Ademuyiwa has built an impressive academic and professional foundation. She holds a Diploma in Systems Analysis and Design and a Diploma in Business Systems Development, both obtained in 2000. She further advanced her expertise with a Postgraduate Diploma in Computing and Commerce (2011) and completed her Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS) in 2013. Her commitment to adult social care is underscored by her NVQ Level 4 Leadership and Management in Adult Health and Social Care (2013) and an A1 NVQ Assessor Award (2010).

In January 2012, Mrs. Ademuyiwa founded Whitelily Schools, serving as Proprietress and Executive Director. She established the administrative and academic frameworks through her leadership, designed the school logo and badge, and composed the school anthem and pledge. Her visionary guidance has set Whitelily Schools apart as a beacon of excellence in primary and high school education.

In addition to her educational contributions, Sarah is the Managing Director of Able Trust Care Limited, a leading provider of adult social care services. Since its inception in 2014, she has overseen staff recruitment, training, compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and the overall operational management of the organization. Her role includes providing strategic leadership, fostering a supportive team environment, and ensuring high-quality care services.

Her earlier roles include managing operations and training staff at Divine Motions ACA Care Limited and Stockwellcare Support Services. In these capacities, she demonstrated exceptional abilities in leadership, mentoring, and client-focused care delivery.
