As Executive Governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Raji Fashola performed superlatively well. This is the belief of most Nigerians. Perhaps, this record of achievements is what made President Muhammadu Buhari to appoint him as a "super minister" in his cabinet. Today, however, many Nigerians necessarily wonder if making a single individual, the minister of three very crucial areas of government namely Power, Works and Housing was a wise decision.
Can Fashola effectively perform with three challenging ministries, now merged into a single portfolio, heaped on his shoulders?
