
Leicester City of England talismanic striker, James Vardy has said he desires to learn and speak Nigerian Pidgin English fluently like the Nigerian players currently playing for his team.
Vardy stated this while chatting with journalists, adding that his only challenge with the Nigerian trio of Ahmed Musa, Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi is their Pidgin English which has been difficult for him to understand.
“The Nigerian players keep talking –Pidgin English you call it, right? It’s hard to understand but I’m trying to learn it and speak it like they do. They are great players,” James said.
