Evelyn Osarhiemen Brambifa is a seasoned pharmacist. She exemplifies commitment to the best traditions of her profession and she has put over two decades into various aspects of pharmaceutical services and management. She is the incumbent Managing Director of the University of Lagos Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Born on September 15, 1970 she is a citizen of Edo State. She had her primary education at Adesuwa Primary School in Benin City. She then attended the famous Uniben Demonstration Secondary School in the same city where she obtained her West African School Certificate in 1986.

Evelyn went on to enroll at the University of Benin for a degree in Pharmacy. In 1992, she graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) degree.

Her quest for education continued even after she commenced her professional practice. In 2007 for instance, she earned an MBA from the University of Calabar.

The young Evelyn’s working experience began when she did the compulsory National Youth Service at the Hadejia General Hospital in Hadejia, Jigawa State. Afterwards, between 1995 and 1998, she worked in various community pharmacies in Edo State.

She joined SKG Pharma in 1998 as Medical Representative in Lagos. She was made an Area Sales Manager in charge of Lagos in 2000. She rose to become Trade Brand Manager at the company.

Mrs. Brambifa left SKG Pharma in 2005 to join Alpha Pharmacy Ltd as Marketing Manager. She eventually emerged as the firm’s Assistant General Manager (Sales & Marketing) in 2011.

In all these positions, she distinguished herself and proved that she was a diligent, painstaking and thorough professional. These attributes were obviously some of the personal qualities that earned her the enviable position of Managing Director of University of Lagos Pharmaceuticals Ltd in 2014.

It is in recognition of her accomplishments in the field of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Services that Pharm. Evelyn Osarhiemen Brambifa is deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award which is part of the 2017 PSR National Awards.
