The current number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19 now stands at 288.
This was disclosed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) via its official twitter handle.

The NCDC says 51 patients have been discharged while seven deaths have been officially recorded.
