Governor Okowa And Family Test Negative For COVID-19

The Governor of Delta State, Ifeanyi Okowa, his wife, Edith and daughter have all tested negative to the COVID-19.

The Governor made this disclosure via his official twitter handle.

My wife, my daughter and I have tested negative for COVID 19, along with other members of the family. We give God all praise and wish to appreciate all who have interceded for us in prayers. pic.twitter.com/f35DdoUeTO

Governor Okowa and his wife tested positive to the virus on July 1 and had gone into isolation.

The Governor also appealed to all residents of Delta state to obey all instructions to stop the transmission of the virus.
