Ned Nwoko Loses At Supreme Court, Nwaoboshi’s Election Upheld

The Supreme Court  sitting in Abuja on Tuesday morning upheld the election of Senator Peter Nwaoboshi as the lawmaker representing Delta North Senatorial District in the National Assembly.

In its ruling on the appeal brought before it by Hon. Ned Nwoko, the apex court upheld the ruling of the Court Of Appeal which declared Nwaoboshi winner. The Supreme Court ruling effectively buries the initial Federal High Court ruling which declared Hon. Nwoko as the elected choice of the people.
