Two new cases of the novel Coronavirus, COVID-19, have been confirmed in Nigeria.
This was disclosed via the official twitter handle of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC):
Two new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria: 1 in Lagos and 1 in Osun
Both cases are returning travellers to Nigeria in the last 7 days

One of the cases is in Lagos State while the second is in Osun State. This is Osun’s first Coronavirus case.
The statement by the NCDC shows that both cases are travellers who returned to Nigeria in the last 7 days.
